Are the clothes in the ONLINE forever21 store the same quality as the ones in store?

HappyTabby asked:

I’ve had some bad experiences with buying clothes online, like for example: hottopic, when I ordered there the clothes were made from very poor quality material.
I was wondering if anybody has ever ordered from forever21.com and if the clothes they got were the same quality as those in malls/shops?

the quality is always the same.
hottopic, you should just buy at the store so you see it yourself, because some of the materials used can be bad anywhere.
but there is no difference between what you buy at a store and what you buy online.

Forever 21 is not the BEST quality out there, but it is better than other mall shops (like Wet Seal, the Body Central, etc.) I buy my clothes and dresses there and my clothes turn out fine (I don’t order them online, by the way). I really think they’re better quality than most stuff at Hot Topic or other mall shops.

They’re the exact same clothes that you find in the store. They manufacture the clothes at their plants overseas (some here, too) and ship them to warehouses. Some of the stock goes to distribution centers to be held for online orders, others eventually get shipped to the stores.

ohh man i have had the same problem. actually i looked at their website a few days ago..and then went shopping at the store..only to find the shirt i liked online was very cheaply made..not a cute shirt afterall..BUT their t-shirts however are always good quality..i have bought a few in-store..and now i buy them online. sometimes they’ll have really cute vintage band tees..i really like those! and they do run small, i’m a pretty petite girl, but i wear a large in their t-shirts!

Not usually. The clothes you order from online are in stock meaning they are in boxes in the back sometimes they have been sent out and back. You should just go to the stores. The best quality forever 21 clothing is in Long Island I belive! Good Lux!!!!

It’d be the same quality as it is in the store,
which isn’t exactly that great. :|

They are all the same product. The ones online are probably better, being they’ve been kept in a warehouse instead of abused by the public eye (and being tried on and left on the floor multiple times). Though the S/H costs may add more to the price, it is worth it and is less likely to have rips, tears, stains, and more abuse.

it’s better going to the store
cause what you see is what your going to get.
