Audition Online problem, When i go to enter a dance battle it closes itself?

When i enter a dance battle it just closes itself and goes back to my desktop screen. I think it also does it in parts of the shopping mall, i have the latest version of DirectX. Anyone have any ideas what it might be?
And yes, i did just install it, is there a way to install it differently?

Do you have programs running in the background? Try disabling them since they could be interfering. Also when did you install Audition, since on the official forums there’s a known problem with the current Audition installation that’s giving a lot of people who just installed the game for the first time the same problem.
EDIT: Ok, did some digging around, you’ll have to uninstall Audition and reinstall with this one.
